What residential treatment provides
Residential treatment is designed for youth who need a higher level of care than outpatient services. Our goal is to help each youth stabilize, heal from trauma, build daily living skills, and prepare for a successful step down to family based or community based care.
Our evidence based psycho educational model
Our Psycho Educational Model (PEM) helps youth understand how trauma impacts behavior and teaches practical skills for self regulation, healthy relationships, and safer decision making. Youth build tools to address challenges such as:
- Aggression
- Impulse control
- Sexual acting out
- Other behavioral concerns
Comprehensive mental health treatment
We provide structured, individualized care for a range of clinical needs. Treatment may include individual therapy, group therapy, and coordinated supports aligned with each youth’s goals. Youth we serve may experience challenges such as:
- Mood disorders
- Bipolar disorder
- Attachment disorders
- Attention deficit and hyperactivity symptoms
- Depression
- And more
